Constipated Fish

Wondering if someone can help me.
I have an elongatous that is very swallen around the vent.
He is not eating but still swimming around normal.
Any ideas what i can do??

Yep,
  I'd try the salt too.

how much salt per liter of water??
and he is in a comunity tank with frontys and trofius, do i have to take him out or can i treat him in the com tank
