The Qld Cichlid Forum was created by Dedicated Hobbyists who enjoy all aspects Fish keeping. The Forum is a powerful tool full of useful information from experienced Hobbyists and is an important data base for new comers to the wonderful Hobby of Fish keeping. <

>The Forum offers Free Membership to all Users and once you become a registered User of the Qld Cichlid Forum, you are then able to receive Discounts from participating Sponsors. (Terms and conditions apply).<

>The Forum is for all of us to enjoy, however there is an element of human kind that sometimes like to stop this from happening. This is why the Forum has to be governed by certain Rules & Regulations, Terms and Conditions. The Rules and Regulations have been created to protect Genuine Users and Registered Members, Sponsors, Affiliate Groups of the Qld Cichlid Forum.<

>1. All Topics posted within this Forum MUST relate to the information or Questions etc relating to that of the Fish Keeping Hobby ONLY. All unrelated Material that is Posted, whether by non-registered Users, Members, Sponsors etc, Will be DELETED by the Forum Administrators or Moderators.  First timers will receive one (1) warning and then if they persist, it will be at the discretion of an Admin or Mod to decide if you are banned.  Admins and Mods will not inform you or offer any explanation and will not enter into any discussions regarding their decision.  All decisions are final.<

If you have posted a Topic within the wrong section or category, a Forum Administrator or Moderator will move your post to the appropriate area for you. This Forum will not tolerate any nonsense or Offensive activity in any way shape or Form. SO BE WARNED NOW. This Forum has a LOG file that logs all information, whether you edit your post or not, or try to remove offensive material that you may have previously posted, the LOG file has already recorded and saved this information for our record. Offensive or defaming material of a severe nature will be forwarded to our Legal Representatives.  Recently Federal Legislation was changed and Laws introduced relating to the Internet.  Increased Powers have been given to the Australian Federal Police and more recent actual prosecutions has taken place, actual convictions have been alarming.  The Forum owners if requested will provide all and any information for Criminal matters to the Federal Police and will assist them with any inquiry without hesitation.<

>4. If you have a problem with another User of the Qld Cichlid Forum, use you own private emails to sort out your differences. Defaming each other on the Forum will not be tolerated, and any and all posts will be deleted. Remember that you could face the risk of being BANNED as a User of the Forum. We do not encourage time wasters or people that are not interested in helping others or letting people have a go. If you feel that a Post does not meet the Forum Standards or someone is being offensive, tell an Administrator and we will deal with the matter. Please do not take matters into your own hands, this is generally what the Flamers are after.<
