Ok. I waste too much time on this site.

Was wondering is there a way to get the new posts directly to my desktop when they happen without having to log in and visit this site?

Hi,

Just a suggestion though.

You can just choose not to visit the site so often if you think it wasted too much of your time.

I'm addicted. Choice is not an option and you can't go to the Chemist and buy patches/lozengers/gum. Furthermore, we don't have acsess to a 24hr counselling service.
