Water Hardness

Thought this might be interesting to some.  

Testing hardness with my nutrafin test kit.  Test is in step of 20 for gH and 10 for kH.  

                gH                   kH

Tap      120ppm              80ppm    
Rain       40ppm

Tank      100ppm             50ppm

Tank measurement is after 50%ish water change with rain water.  

Miss my Nowra tap water that was 80/50 straight from the tank.  Much easier to work with to get soft acidic water.
