Hello Jay

if you go to photobucket or similar, plenty of free hosting sites around, sign up, create an account and away u go, with photobucket juss upload your photo's and when there up you will have 3 options underneath your photos, select and copy the IMG option and paste it directly into your message and bingo,,,, photo up for ya,,,hope this helps
