Title: Food Flurries
Post by: Konigwolf 13 on August 25, 2005, 01:09:18 AM
Have been trying alot of different foods lately seeing what my fish like or dont like so I find myself needing advice and/or supplies with somethings.

1-frozen foods (mostly bloodworm), is there any way of getting this type of stuff for less that $5 a tray? I have heard of a homemade equivilant or similar itemwhich is minced beefheart and other stuff. Any help?

2-Flake is flake, they generally eat it wether cheap or expensive, as long as most things are in good ratio/percentages I buy it.

3-Granules what my fishies seem to like the most out of prcessed fish foods. I get the tetra colorbit tropical granules, can anybody sell me similar stuff (brissie area) at a realistic price?

otherwise I've tried two brands from orca which none of my fish seem to like "floating fish pellets" and "Hi-protein x-small pellets for baby and miniature fish", they just dont eat either of these.

Is there anything else I should be trying?
I have mostly dwarf cichlids, angels, cory's, livebearers and labyrinth fish

try AOA Bits and sigmaphiles crumble for cheaper granule food.

AOAbits are available from... AOA! haha

and Sigmaphile sells his crumble privately.
