Post by: casperbgk on November 01, 2005, 10:27:40 PM
hI
theres something weird going on with one of my convicts. it looks like his scales are starting to peel back. the sores getting bigger everyday. at first i had him in eith africans and thought something had bit them but then i moved it in eith buenos aires tetra, kuli loaches and paki loaches and the wounds getting bigger. not too worried cause hes just a little blind convict but worried the diseaese might spread. anyone have any idea what it is?
thanks

When in doubt, bag it up and send it to freezer heaven. Especially when things keep getting worse, nothing worse than stuffing around hoping it's not contagious. It's better to just bite the bullet and get rid of a dirt cheap fish than run the risk of it killing any others plus it saves it a painful death.
Cheers,
Bryce.
