This is a new version of that chat, You will notice it is under the normal menu, also showing you how many users are currently in chat.
It uses your current login so you shouldnt have to login either.
If you dont have flash player your browser should prompt you to install it (most people have it already) if it fails for any reason you can download and install the flash player from this think

if you have problems getting into chat or even downloading the flash player from the link grum has put up, and you have
[b:79ae38d83b]SPYWARE BLASTER [/b:79ae38d83b]installed, open spyware blaster - go to tools -flashkiller - make sure the box is NOT ticked and it will work...
