Very expensive- range from $400 to $750 each
Have not been bred in aquariums to date that i know of.
This plec has only just been classified with a species name. You must becareful when purchasing as you have to get L200 and not L128 as they can look extremely similar!

The only thing you are going to find in that price range is the new imports, L168 or there might some maccus around, if your lucky you might come across some peckoltia species and bn.

We bought 2 more L200's a while ago  and low and behold now they are a bit bigger they are L128 as Jamie said but who cares really.. L128 is also a beautiful fish and was on our list to buy as well.
Just take care when they are big enough to breed that you don't mix them and really as they get bigger they are easy to tell apart, so that shouldn't be a problem as people with the dolllars to spare to buy them are usually dedicated enough to do the right thing.

Jamie did you get my PM's about surfie dude.  I know I'm a pain but I don't want him to think that I'm rude enough to make the enquiry and not then follow through.
My Emails to him were all returned as invalid and for some reason only about one in 10 of my PM's are actually getting to the people I've sent them to.
Cheers Linda
