Title: Haplochromis 'flameback' I think
Post by: Luke39 on February 10, 2006, 11:14:35 PM
Hi, I have been searching on the web about the Haplochromis 'flameback' and how they r very similar to Pundamilia nyererei. I am now confused as to which i have. They were sold to me as Haplochromis 'flameback'. Could someone please help me identify them, as i am wanting to sell them and would not like to mislead someone.

Ive read that Pundamilia nyererei have more black on them, but mine seem to change.

These are pictures are of the same fish (dominant male)

Depends what mood you catch them in as to how they look ;)
