Title: My Lwanda

>He''s about 5", doesn''t get bothered by the more feisty haps and doesn''t bother any of my other fish. Only time was when my smaller Aulonocara Korneliae was being harassed by my Copadichromis "3 Spot Eastern" and the Lwanda would chase off the 3 spot. Quite interesting really. <

Cheers mate, your''s is nicer I''ve gotta admit. <
>But I''m still happy with mine as he adds nicely to my African tank. And visitors always make a comment about the Lwanda, usually about the nice fins.<
>Interesting that discussion on ACE. I''d heard abot the different strains in the past. Guess mine''s a Hai Reef???

Yeah its hard to tell from your pic, the last time i was out at Aussie`s (mr peacock) he said that there are two variants to have been imported into Aus, being Hai reef and secondly Chiwindi.Hai reef has a lot more yellow on the caudal as compared to Chiwindi, He also said that on the ACE discussion. Your right though, its always the first fish commented on when people see them in display tanks. Wait till you see the Mamelela, similar colours  and just as
iliant!  <
