Title: my 6footer i recently setup

hey all,

recently cut back to a couple of display tanks, this is my new addition.
6x18x20 running cf-1500 external, 1400l internal.

Occupants- 7 Clown loaches, 5 Blue Dolphins (1 girl died with mouthfull :cry: ), 3 Saulosi, 2 Hongi, 2 Elec Blues, 8x 2cm Elec Yellows, 4 Cobalt Blues, 3 Trevawasse, 2 Gibbiceps, 5 Peppermint Bn, 5 metae Corydoras and 1 pictus cat.

Most of the fish exept the Loaches and Dolphins are juvies.
Planted with just Crypts and Val at the moment, some large pieces of driftwood, and a nice rock pile at the back.

Here's the pics, camera is crap so excuse the poor quality.

Hi Steve,

How to sex the blue dolphin?? Just bought 2 8-9cm...

the males have a slightly broader body, and a bigger bump on their head.

in my pic, the 2 on the left are males.

anal fin comes back past jpint in tail

also is there a correlation with anal fin shapes. i have six moorii's and they vary in strength of colour, size (3 inch the largest, 1.75 inch the smallest), but ive noticed some have rounded anal and some pointed. using the above theory, the pointed extends further so theyd be males???

yeh my males have long pointy anal fins, going to the join in the tail.
