Try feeding them live garden/earth worms.

No healthy walking fish can resist a wriggling worm

do you have pebbles in the tank? axies have a bad habit of swallowing them, and lfs have a bad habit of putting them in tanks with pebbles, the last one we got crapped 16 pebbles(big ones too! ouch!) in a week after we got him, not surprising he didnt want to eat. Try the earthworms as Allan suggested or a small peice of raw prawn, we hand feed our and they latch on to our fingers to get the prawn.
oops just noticed you said you had them 2 yrs already.
Well they are probably full grown, my 2 females grew from 5cm to 25cm in 6months

ok, thanks for the advice. ill try worms and prawn. ive heard about them eating pebbles so ive got them with sand on the bottom. its really weird- sometimes theyll eat every day and get really fat, sometimes they wont eat fro ages and they get all skinny.
they normally take the food out of my hands which is cool
anyway, thanks for the advice

Looks like you may be overfeeding them if thats the case...try only feeding them a few times a week and see what happens........ :D
