Heay I am also after a change from just having africans so I am going to set-up a marine tank aswell. I have a 6ft and a chiller I just need the rest.
I am Looking for skimmer for 6ft and also any ornaments (fake rock).
Also does anyone know where to get the good but not too expensive salt water fishy from???

Is the tank running on a sump? or do you need a filter for it?

But it also depends what you want to keep aswell, if you are just going to keep fish then good water turn over and a skimmer is probably fine, But im guessing seen as you have a chiller you want to keep live corals and anemones which will mean you will need a metal halide light, Which can be abit expensive.
You are looking at upto $1000 for a high quality one. I would suggest a sump setup if you havent already got a setup, as they are easier to maintain, and plumb your chiller and skimmer into, plus the heaters can go straight in there aswell, making your tank nice and clean.
But yea they are not a cheap tank to setup, but they do look great and once well established only water changes every 2-3months.
