extra long heating coil good for tall and big tanks
can adjust temp in 1 degree increments unlike sera and most other cheaper brands.
only negative is I found was the power cord is a little short..

Hi Jamos ,
Gently raise grey plug / pin on top of the blue adjusting knob.
That disengages the adjustment pin . Then turn the blue knob around till the temp shown on the thermometer lines up with the arrow on the heater, then depress the grey pin & it should now be callirbrated.

                                                                   Regards Chris

Thanks chris

I thought as much and that is what i have been doing but, i think i might have got a dodgy one! The temp never corresponds to either the digital or glass thermometers!
I did a large water change the other day and the temp was reading 24C by both therms and heater came on only unitl it reached 25, setting is at 27!

oh well looks like i am off to get a new one!

I hear fishsupplies.com.au sells them for a good price, and well packaged to avoid any damage in shipping

Could just be a rumour though
