i am lead to believe you just add the url link from photobucket in the space provided in your profile but will check for now
ill stick a pic of one of my little peps and see if it works
(if you link it to an off site location i think it resizes it byitself but again im not sure)

Copy the URL link and paste it in the profile avatar, just make sure the picture size is not bigger than it allows.
