I apologise in advance if this has been posted a million times but I am after some quality foods that cichlids will go for because what I am using at the moment doesn't seem to be working real well. I am currently using orca high protein sinking pellets which they don't seem to mind but is there anything else out there for my South Americans?

Go and get yourself some New Life Spectrum, it is great food. Its a bit expensive but worth it IMO.
