Title: Tank dividers?
Post by: davo0903 on September 11, 2006, 07:51:48 PM
I'm wanting to divide my tank (6x2x2) in half, and was thinking of slipping a cut to size piece of polycarbonate in there. I just wanted to make sure that there was no reason I couldn't do this, ie chemicals into water, etc, etc.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

polycarbonate or perspex is fine. wont hurt anything,
you can even buy little suction cup holders to do the job, but...i cant remember where... 8O

I used perspex (whatever you want to call it)... and cut it to within a couple of millimetres... then use some air line tubing sliced down one side along each side of the perspex to wedge it into place....

HTH....
