i feed mine on a mis of stuff including pellets, fish and prawns.  The fish and prawns are great for conditioning them up for breeding but don't overfeed. About once or twice a week.  I also throw in some flakes too.

Cheers,
dan

Hi Guys

I feed my wild caught Ikola fronnies on aqaualife pellets (I mix the red & green together) as a staple, supplemented with prawns or whitebait 2-3 times a week. They are growing really well on this mix and have spawned for me 5 times so far, with 3 of the females holding. And they absolutely love an occasional feed of small (1-2cm) blue dolphin or acei fry.

Cheers, Doug
