Post by: jason on November 24, 2006, 05:49:17 PM
What parts do u need and where do you get them. I went to mccrackens and they looked at me like i was an idiot when i told them what it had to do. so if anyone has the names of the bits i need or can supply them it would be a great help.

Mine is an original AKS.  It  is made with the arm made from ~20mm PVC and a tee piece.  Off the tee piece he has a end cap 1 size up drilled to suit the pvc pipe.  SS bearings go inside end cap and a sleave goes over the pipe to hold the bearings.

I drew a sketch but couldn't add it! can email if u like?

If u only need a small 1, on my system I just use a cheap shower rose from bunnings.  This works very well as my bio tower is 12" stormwater pipe (6' tall) so I get good coverage.
