Title: T.D.S or E.C meters
Post by: plokijuhygtfr on December 04, 2006, 06:44:22 PM
which is better T.D.S (TOTAL DISSOLVED SALTS) or a E.C (ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY) meter

i am hopeing to speed up the prossess of reading the  ph,gh,kh on my many african tanks
the ph meter is great

i figure, if i can get the ph reading right then the kh should be ok,
and then if the say ,.tds is read and ok then the gh should be ok
all this will take time to estabish the right parameters.
,but then be quicker and easier

or maybe i am leading myself up the garden path

thanks for any input
