3 * 20W would be the go but might be a good idea to reinforce the gels with blue celephone and poke holes in it to let water through so it doesnt get too hot. It is hard to get a nice blue going as through the water it looks fairly clear but this should help and would look quiet nice. Also depends on how clear your pond is! You running UV? anyways just let me know what you think<
