Just done some digging and found these, Old Rules:

All answers must be Yes or No
You can only ask one question at a time and cannot post 2 questions in a row
All questions must be answered at least every 24 hours
If your fish goes 7 days without being guessed correctly you win
If you win you get a next turn to pick a fish!
Scientific names must be used when guessing the fish
Questions about size are Adult lengths

"neon was mentioned before".......its common name in australia does not refer to it as being a neon but some countries do call it neon.

Thanks Wayne. Does this mean that I can come out of the "embryo" stage and become a "hatchling" ? :-* That was a great challenge with some stiff competition. 8) I have thought of a fish so let the game begin. Good luck guys and gals ;D
