Help a Nube-How do I "Strip" africans?

i  get a container fill it with tank water (luchbox or what ever) catch her as quickly as possible so as to not stress her too much (risk of her swallowing or spitting in the tank).<
>after i catch her i lie her in my right hand upside down with her head facing away from me.<
>then i use my forefinger on my left hand to GENTLY pull her bottom jaw open then i dunk her in and out of the container of water. you can look in her mouth to see if you have them all.<

I use a syringe, Fill an ice cream container with tank water and also a small margarine container with tank water.<

When I was doing the lecture circuit, I demonstrated my favoured method at club meeting from Newcastle to Rockhampton and points west.  I also demonstrated this method to professional cichlid farmers in Florida where every fish is caught out of every
eeding pond every week, and all holding females stripped.<

i know it''s probably on that site, but what do people think about stripping the fry whilst they still have some of the egg sack.<
