hi evryone just wondering if we should have a buyer feedback system like ebay.that way people can make up there own mind if your trustworthy,if you have crap or quality.if someone has sold 10 items to 10 different people and 9 of them are happy thenyou know theres a pretty good chance youll be happy.5 good 5bad you wouldnt risk it.this would reward the people who do the right thing and weed out the shonks.i know that iwould like to see feedback on stuff i sell good or bad i would like to know.this would also help when there are long distances to travel or getting fish shipped.just a thought.

I think it would be too hard to implement. Also, I thought this was a forum -

An Internet forum is a web application which provides for discussion, often in conjunction with online communities. Older forums date back to around 1996, following the newsgroups and bulletin board systems which were widespread in the 1980s and 1990s. Popular discussion topics include technology, computer games, and politics, but forums are available for any number of different topics.

From this -

I do not think QCF is, and should be a "classified system". I would love more chatter in General Aquarium Discussion.

Dont think we need a ranking system.

Though, as this is a discussion forum, i'd be more than happy for people to praise me, or raise problems, about any of my deals here.

I think this discussion is good but my experince with the auction site so far is that there is little participation.

My 2c - The potential problems outweigh the benefits in my opinion, if only for the occurrence that some beginners in the hobby may think they're doing the right thing when selling something, but inexperience ends up producing a bad deal (eg. I thought I had "X" fish to sell not "XY" fish). This could snowball into not as many people participating in the classifieds because they're too scared to.
To counter any problems like this you'd have to really lay out a list of specific rules which then really complicates things, and we may end up with less people participating at all because it's just too hard.

I think the classifieds run ok as they are, but I think it better to instead focus on enforcing sellers to provide more specific info on what they have for sale, than go down the buyers feedback track.

Plus the way things are generally, bad news will be printed more often than good news.
