advice of cichlids

i have just got in2 cichlids and have some red tops zebs,e/blue,crimson tides,plus a few others about 2o plus in total in a 220 litre tank plus 5 plecos. would like some information on ph levels,foods and how often should i feed them,water changes.i am worried i have 2 many fish in this tank also?if anyone has anytime they could ring me 0414301143 or reply to this message here.

wow, where to start.
How long has the tank been going for?
What do u use to filter the tank?
How often do you do water changes & how do you clean the filters?
How big are the fish?
Spirulina based products work well.
