Hay there everyone.
Pretty much ive got a lot of diff cichlids, and im wanting to know which fry you think would sell more easily. Pretty much ive only got a limited amount of tanks and i need to pick the fish whos fry will sell fairly easily. Ive got 8 breeding tanks set up (and a few spare for fry), so up to 8 diff species. Ive got;

Electric Yellow (Breeding Colony - will breed)
Albino BN- (Breeding Pair - will breed)
Common Bristlenose (Pair x 2 - will breed)
Acei (Colony - will breed)
Kribensis (Breeding Pair - will breed)
Albino Convicts (Breeding Pair - will breed)

Now i need another 2 species. I need 2 out of the following (please let me know which species fry would sell easier/quicker)

Sunshine Peacock
Lombardi
Cobalt Blue
Johanni
Flameback
Red Zebra
Zebra Convict (I know this wont sell lol)

Please let me know what you think. Ill be selling the excess fish next wkend (9th, and ill put a post up on the day (Saturday) )

Thanks,

Celeste

Dead Fish Floating

it really depends if the fish are going into seperate tanks as colonys.
I like the red zebra a bit more chilled than the lombard
If your after easy the flamebacks, peacocks, convicts will all be easy.
I'd say setup more lecky yellow tanks myself.
The johanni are nise but don't mix well with the lecky yellows in tanks.
Maybe pindanni would be a good call?
As nice and blue as cobalts but not as aggro.
If the flamebacks are excellent breed those for a quick swarm of fish.
zebras will just breed forever
and the peacocks would be the easiest to colour enhance and sell
It's easy to flood the lombard market too.
SO I would definitely reccomend the convicts.
Hard to find but cool is the blotched convict.
ANyway convicts sell well, sure they are cheap but they sell well.
And having white and striped to choose from sells more.
Plus they are tough and a cheap investment.

Apple snails could be a good one too, in with the kribs.
Just need a boy and girl.
