Ok guys here is a thread for all to say what they feed there fish
so we want type of fish and type of food

1. Frontosa  hi protien pellet, HBH, Sera Flora, Prawns

2. Venustus  hi protien pellet, HBH, Sera Flora, Prawns

3. Electric Blue   hi protien pellet, HBH, Sera Flora, Prawns, Spectrum

4. Dolphins     hi protien pellet, HBH, Sera Flora, Prawns

5. Electric yellow  New Life Spectrum, Sera Flora, Prawns, veggies

6. Pseudotropheus Zebra Long Pelvic   Sera Flora

7. Pseudotropheus Aceii   Sera Flora, veggies

8. Pseudotropheus Estherae Red Zebra   Sera Flora,Prawns

9. Red Empress  Sera Flora

10. Tropheus  Sera Flora

11. Albino,commons,pepermints Cat Fish, HBH Veggie waffers

12. Fry get, Brine Shrimp, food containing Astax, OSI colour flake, 50% protien powder food

dont have too many fish but this is what they get

1.  frontosa - protien pellets,mix of white fish-prawns,&bloodworms-prochoice discus pellets , adult brine shrimp
2.  blue dolphins - protien pellets, whitefish, bloodworms,prochoice discus pellets , adult brineshrimp.
3.  electric blues- as above
4.  electric yellows - as above
5.  severums - garden worms , protien pellets,bloodworms,&co;our pellets.
6.  shell dwellers - crushed flake - crushed pellet
7.  angel fish - bloodworms,small protien pellet, prochoice discus pellets,flakes.
8.  troupheops - protien pellet,discus pellet,bloodworm,adult brineshrimp,
9.  dimi compressiceps - protien pellet, bloodworm, discus pellet, adult brineshrimp,
10.  geophagus serinmemsis - adult brineshrimp, bloodworm, protien pellet, pro choice discus pellet,
11.  & me fry get - newly hatched brine shrimp & crushed flake, 50%crushed protien pelletin with 50% crushed colour pellets .
12.  now what am i gunna be eating. ?

hey guys
when you say whitefish, do you men white-bait you get from the tackleshop or white fish as in flake etc

Any white meat from the sea is ok. Including white bait a long as it is cut to size to suit that particular fish that is being feed. i like firm fish flesh meat as things like pilchirds are to messy.

yer dont use pilchards or bait - defintly dont use squid as i did once & had 2 change the water every day 4 the next 5 days as the smell was not the best - the white fish i use is stuff like sea bass [ less oily sorts of fish i find good ]as it wont mess the tank 2 much.

excellent thanks guys. i might try  bit of white-bait, as i seem to remember reading some people feed them to their fronnies. i'll give it  go. also anywhere on the goldy where you can buy some krill or v small shrimp? ive cut small prawns up in the past but whole small shrimps the size of krill would be perfect.

Ok guy's i have lots of diff fishies, but heres a pic of my home made food, i made a batch last night, 87 bags made up out of a single large batch, especially good for my cyps, pleco's, caties, and psuedos and tropheus love it,
