i have caugh togas in  small lagoons up this way, there is both types within the rockhampton, CQ area, so really pick a puddle, attach a float, and crayfish as bait , have a beer! and enjoy the waiting game......hope its not a catty  or turtle ,lol Mick, Rockhampton<

Needajapcar

Remember the 50cm min size limit and one in possession. Probably not worth your effort... I''ll second that it would be cheaper and less hassel to just buy a tank raised fish.<

>Around Bris there are self sustaining populations in Hinze and Borumba. Other dams have them, but they are a very rare catch.
