Does salt change the pH?

Hi, ive been having problems with the pH in my fresh water tanks. I recently added salt to them. Could this have an effect on the pH?

how much salt are you adding?  depenig on size of tank and type of fish for africans try this
 [try for every 200lt of  water one table spoon of each bicarb,epsom,rock salt]   :D
