Hey guys
yeah its a mouthful. Ive had them spawn a few times now but each time the she was harrased and she kept spitting all the eggs , this time i seperated her after so hopefully she will hold them now.


I had them at $25ea but i atm keeping the pair though i still have 4 for sale

Good looking fish, looks like it's a decent size too. Have caught a few around the dams here in Bris.

Can you confirm that it's the female holding? Most references indicate the male holds.

It similar to the leicharti toga, everyone says something different.

I have a pair myself and it is always the male who holds the eggs for my pair.  They are great fish, great personality.

I wasnt even thinking when i posted it up lol

He still has a nice size mouthful today though he can close his mouth now

They are about 15cm long
