What is the best way to get rid those
fish waste from the bottom of your tank.
When you running sump? Do I need another
external canister or what is the best way to
do?

ed,  at the moment you have the bulkhead fitting thru the tank?? well to this you need to fit  an L shape piece of pipe that is about 50mm off the bottom of the tank.
that way you will be sucking water from the bottom of the tank , just remember to drill a 3mm hole in the top of the  L  so if the power go's off  you wont get a syphon action happening and fill the garage with water.
